1. Who we are and what this notice covers
1.1. DIVAI LLC (“DIVAI,” “we,” “us”) is an Alaska limited liability company, Active and in Good Standing. We operate divai.ai and app.divai.ai. Contact: privacy@divai.ai.
1.2. This notice explains the cookies and similar technologies used on the website divai.ai, and the choices you have. The DIVAI app at app.divai.ai uses strictly necessary cookies for sign-in and security, as stated in our Privacy Policy; the app’s individual cookies are not listed in this notice.
1.3. Our Privacy Policy (Related policy) explains how we handle personal data more broadly.
2. Categories we use — two only
2.1. On divai.ai we use cookies and similar technologies in two categories only: essential and analytics. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, social-media trackers, or remarketing technologies.
2.1.1 Essential (strictly necessary)
The divai.ai pages set no cookies of their own. They keep two essential preferences in your browser’s local storage, a technology similar to cookies: your consent choice and your language (see section 5). Both stay on your device and are never sent to DIVAI. They are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
2.1.2 Analytics (Google Analytics 4)
Analytics help us understand aggregate use of divai.ai so we can improve it. Analytics are off by default. The Google Analytics script loads, and its cookies are set, only after you select “Accept analytics”, and only on divai.ai. If you reject analytics or make no choice, no analytics script is loaded and no analytics cookie is set.
3. Your choices — consent banner
3.1. When you first visit, the consent banner offers two options:

3.2. Both options are presented with equal visual prominence. There are no pre-toggled analytics switches and no extra friction on the reject path.
3.3. Consent is never assumed from continued browsing, scrolling, or closing the banner. Dismissing the banner without a choice means analytics stay off.
3.4. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer of every page. Withdrawal takes effect immediately: no further analytics data is sent from your browser. Analytics cookies that were already set are not deleted automatically; you can delete them in your browser settings.
4. Permanent product rules (policy commitments)
These rules are permanent product policy.
4.1. Consent-gated analytics. No analytics cookie, script, or pixel loads or fires before explicit consent. Analytics are blocked at the script-loader level until consent exists.
4.2. Reject is effective. Selecting “Reject non-essential” results in zero analytics cookies or scripts being set or loaded.
4.3. No dark patterns. Accepting and rejecting are symmetric. No confirm-shaming. No hidden reject path.
4.4. No implied consent. Consent is never inferred from browsing, scrolling, or banner dismissal.
4.5. Consent record. Your choice is stored only in your browser’s local storage, under the key divai-consent-v1, as “accepted” or “rejected”. No timestamp or other data is stored with it, nothing is sent to DIVAI, and it stays until you change your choice or clear your browser’s storage.
4.6. Easy withdrawal. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it, takes immediate effect, and stops analytics going forward.

6. Google Analytics configuration
6.1. Google Analytics 4 is used on divai.ai only. It loads only after you accept analytics, and it runs with Google signals and advertising-personalization signals switched off.
7. Payments-related technologies
7.1. Online payments for the strategy session, the Quick Win deposit and training are made on checkout pages hosted by our payment processor, which you reach through links on divai.ai. divai.ai itself loads no payment script and sets no payment cookie. Those checkout pages are operated by the payment processor and are not covered by this notice.

9. Language parity note (EN / AR / ES / FR / TR)
9.1. This notice and the consent banner are available in English, Arabic, Spanish, French and Turkish.
9.2. Consent given in any supported language is equally valid and is recorded identically.
9.3. In Arabic, this notice and the consent banner use a right-to-left layout.
9.4. If a translation of this notice differs from the English version, the English version prevails.
