The company behind DIVAI

DIVAI is founder-led. Its founder, Adam Shadid, leads both the DIVAI platform and DIVAI's consulting and delivery services, and works with specialist contractors when a project needs them.

The mission

Give every business the operating capacity of a full technical team — websites, applications, automations and AI agents — without requiring that business to become technical. The platform leads; managed services prove depth.

The honesty posture

DIVAI publishes what it can evidence. No invented customers, no borrowed logos, no unverifiable numbers. Where work is in progress, the site says so. Where something is a concept, it is labelled a concept.

Who leads DIVAI

DIVAI is led by a finance professional with hands-on ERP/SAP, FP&A and Power BI experience who also builds software. Solutions are designed around how finance, HR and operations actually work.

DIVAI LLC is an Alaska limited liability company in Active / Good Standing status. DIVAI is its brand.
